Hello,
I purchased these clogs/slippers about 2 weeks ago. They are one size too short, and a little narrow, but I am a size B width, so not bad. I do not have a car, so returns are hard for me. I decided to suck it up and get some shoe stretchers. I was able to get them to the appropriate length and width. Much easier to just buy a size up. I have a wool pair of Haflinger slippers and I got a size 10 and they are big on me, but I've had them for 4 years now. Very inconsistent sizing. They are wonderful clogs, and the leather is like nubuck. I do not like the leather cover on the inside foot bed, very slippery!!
After all this, I still recommend them. I hope this helps. Oh, I wear a Women's size 9 to 9.5 btw.

I have always loved Hafflinger shoes however this style runs extra large so I will be returning this product. The insert inside is also very slippery.
