This is my go-to shoe pretty much all year round...when I get home I immediately put on my Haflingers. Love the arch support and the feeling of coziness I get every time I slip them on. Definitely recommend!

The wool felt upper is very comfortable and the footbed firm but well contoured. I have fairly high arches and while the arch support is excellent in that it is firm and doesn't collapse under weight, I could use a bit more height in the arch. Easily corrected with insertion of a simple light padded innersole.
I usually wear a 46. Based on many reviews that describe them as running fairly large I was leaning toward 45. Used the recommended measurement process (heel against wall and measure to tip with ruler) and landed squarely in 45. Ordered 45. Returned for 46 which is perfect.
I have several other clogs and these are the most comfortable. Dansko Kane is a good bet for arch support but the plastic upper doesn't breathe. I just use those for taking out the trash or spring/fall short dog walks.
I have been wearing Haeflinger boiled wool clogs for 40 years at least. They can be hard to find and sadly my go to retailer didn't have the model or size I needed and said they couldn't get it. I went online looking for anyone who had the model and size and that's when I found Dodds. The order process was a snap, they shipped the next day and arrived here on the east coast in 5 days. My feet are happy and I'm happy because with these shoes I learned to but 2 at a time and alternate use, that may they last almost twice as long if I was in the same pair every day.
