Excellent quick service. Slippers were adorable but happened to be the wrong size. My daughter-in-law exchanged them for the same but the next size. She is a size 38, I bought a 37 and they looked like they fit—her heel was inside the edge but she said the arch wasn’t in the right place. The return process and rebuying was done in one step. I don’t have any cons. I was cautious ordering from an unfamiliar site, but I did my research to make it was legit. I really like the slippers. They are comfortable, arch-support is sufficient, and the soles are non-marking.
Very comfortable, right out of the box. I have wide feet and these are very spacious for them and my mom who has thinner feet.
