Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days in transit, and may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or UPS SurePost. Expedited shipping options are available with Preffere, UPS Ground, and 2-Day shipping services.
FREE EXCHANGES: Order the wrong size? Decide on a different style or color? No problem. You have 30 days to return your new condition merchandise with the original tags and packaging. We will pay for shipping both ways when you place an exchange order.
EASY RETURNS: If new shoes just aren't right at the moment, you have 30 days to return any unworn item with the original tags and packaging. We offer prepaid UPS return labels for your convenience. For returns using our label with no exchange order places, $8.95 will be deducted from the refund.
