I bought a pair of these two years ago for the North Slope building the Spy Island Ice Road. Being out in the elements for the amount of time we were while pumping sea ice, it gets cold. Worse with wind. The boots I brought up were "rated" to -30. My feet were freezing at 0°. Received these and never had a problem in the cold, even down to -54° ambient. Thought those were too big and went to my usual size for this season. Well, they were too small so back to the initial size. (I sold the first pair to my buddy whom I'd gotten a job on the slope)
