I Bought this boot to survive the frigid winters in New York. They do the trick quite nicely. The boot has some built in arch support which is nice and the included insole is quite padded and comfortable. Walked/Ran through knee high snow with no noticeable cold seeping into the boots or any wetness. They do not have as great traction on Ice as I would have liked but hard to find with any kind of boot. The mid-calf height of the boot helps keep snow out although the draw string holder can dig into your knee if you don't wear thick socks. I am a 8.5-9 (26.4cm) and I ordered a 9 and it fits snuggly but comfortably with a Dr. Scholl's arch support insole in addition to the included insole. Overall, I Highly Recommend these boots, they fit comfortable and are warm without being too heavy.
Having just received, haven't had a chance to give them a thorough review but so far, they are great. They fit true to size and appear to be very well constructed. Extremely comfortable too. They arrived very quick. Return policy is wonderful as well even though these will not be going back. I'm impressed with both the boots and Dodds Shoe Co.
these boots are fantastic tried them on and perfect fit, i would order more shoes, they are that well made
