The biggest upgrade to the Adrenaline GTS 25 is found directly underfoot. Brooks packed an extra 3 millimeters of their premium, nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 foam into the midsole. By tweaking the foam formula, this iteration offers immediate step-in plushness and improved shock absorption that feels significantly softer than previous versions, yet remains resilient enough not to bottom out over long distances. Additionally, Brooks lowered the traditional heel-to-toe drop from 12mm to a streamlined 10mm, providing a much smoother heel-to-toe transition and a more balanced feel from the moment your foot strikes the pavement.

To manage excess movement, the shoe relies on the holistic GuideRails™ support system. Acting like bumpers on a bowling lane, GuideRails work with your natural stride, keeping overpronation in check and protecting your feet, knees, and hips only when your form starts to fatigue. Up top, a re-engineered, highly breathable mesh upper (made with over 65% recycled materials) wraps the foot securely, featuring a roomier toe box to accommodate natural foot swelling and an elasticated heel pull-tab for easy on-and-off.
