Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are FREE and returns are easy! You may return any undamaged item within 30 days - no questions asked - for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns must be received by Dodds Shoe Co within 30 days of purchase. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. This will ensure that we can provide a refund in the event you are not satisfied. Returns must include the original box and packaging and be enclosed in a shipping box.
