We ship by UPS within the United States which normally takes 3-5 business days for delivery (please allow 24 hours for order processing). Two-day service is available at an additional charge. Shipping times are guaranteed, excluding UPS designated weather delays. Please note that expedited shipping charges are not refundable for UPS designated weather delays. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO shipments will be billed at the 2-day rate.
Air shipping rates may vary on over-sized items. You will be contacted if over-size charges apply before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any undamaged item within 30 days - no questions asked - for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns must be received by Dodds Shoe Co within 30 days of purchase.
