Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order the same day. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. We ship Federal Express within the United States. Two-day service is available at an additional charge. Shipping times are guaranteed, excluding Fedex designated weather delays. Please note that expedited shipping charges are not refundable for Fedex designated weather delays. Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses will be billed at the 2-day rate.
Air shipping rates may vary on over-sized items. You will be contacted if over-size charges apply before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any undamaged item within 30 days - no questions asked - for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns must be received by Dodds Shoe Co within 30 days of purchase. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. This will ensure that we can provide a refund in the event you are not satisfied.
