This shoe didn't fit properly due to my high arches and wider toe box. It is just the style that I wanted and thought that the adjustable strap at the toe area would help make it fit, but my toes didn't fit the sole and spilled over the sides. My heel left 1/4 of an inch of the sole visible in the back. I tried a size larger, but I had the same problems. I called customer service and Maddie was happy to suggest a shoe that would work better for me. Great customer service!
I went to a wedding two weekends ago and wore shoes with a slightly higher heel than these Naots. In a short time my feet were killing me--to the point where I had to take them off and wear flip-flops at the reception. I came home and immediately ordered the Naot shoes.
