Where are Rieker shoes made?
Rieker owns their own production facilities in Morocco, Slovakia, Tunisia & Vietnam. This is where most Rieker & Remonte styles are made.
What are Rieker-Tex & Remonte-Tex?
These are water-repellent membranes between the inner & outer materials that keep water out of the shoe while allowing perspiration to escape. RiekerTex & RemonteTex can be found in both leather & vegan styles. RiekerTex & RemonteTex are water-resistant to zipper height. Water can still penetrate the zippers & buckles.
Are Rieker shoes made out of real leather?

How do Rieker shoes fit?
Rieker shoes are sized in European sizes. A tip that we use for converting US sizing to European sizing is to add 31 to US women’s sizes and 33 to US men’s sizes. So, if you are a women’s US size 8, we would recommend a European size 39 (8 + 31 = 39). If you are a men’s US size 10, we would recommend a 43 (10 + 33=43). We also have a size conversion chart on our customer service page. We have been given feedback that Rieker shoes generally fit true to size in terms of length but that width varies depending on style. Please note, that we can not guarantee fit.
