A signature, suede-covered molded cork footbed offers shock absorption to avoid fatigue, and arch support for stability; plus, it conforms to your foot for support. The raised toe bar encourages a natural walking motion, while the deep heel cup keeps your foot placed directly above the footbed’s natural padding. First off I really like Dodd Shoe company. They are so very good to the customer.
A bit disappointed in these Birkenstock-Womens-Mayari-Oiled-Leather.
The strap on the right foot that goes over the foot is off set from the left it comes about an 1/8th inch closer to the ankle. Not enough to notice unless your really inspecting them. I do. It rubs a bit and the toe loop isn't the same size. None of this is visually noticeable. I couldn't wait to wear them and didn't notice until I had. They felt different. 1 toe loop loose one tight. One strap loose one tight.
I have always wanted Birkenstocks so once I saw them on Dodds for less than the current going price, I immediately ordered them. They were on backorder and needed them before Sept 1. I just received them and they where not only way ahead of my expected delivery date but they were in great condition and just as described. I'm a 7.5 so I ordered a size 38 on the Mayari. Loved them. They fit wonderful and cant wait to use them on my upcoming trip. Thanks Dodds!
These are the most comfortable sandals. I am also glad they have straps so rhat they will keep on my feet!
