Perfect for adventures from the beginning of the season to the end, the Oboz Bridger Low BDry hiker is equipped for everything from light hikes to steep, off camber trails. This men's low hiker features a waterproof nubuck leather and highly abrasion resistant textile upper for durability that lasts and lasts. The Oboz BDry waterproof and breathable membrane helps keep water out, while keeping moisture managed inside for a healthy interior. The Bridger comes with the Oboz BFit Deluxe Insole, an after-market ready insole that stabilizes the arch and protects high-impact zones. The TPU Chassis provides featherweight, effective armor underfoot, reducing stone bruising and torsional twist. A molded heel counter hugs your heel to evenly distribute weight across the whole pad. Finished with the quintessential hiking outsole, the Oboz Granite Peak outsole features a nylon shank for stability, toothy side lugs to hug off-camber trails, and 4mm directional lugs for traction in every direction. Explore wherever your heart desires in the Oboz Bridger Low hiking shoes.

I have a pair of the Bridger all leather premium Mid waterproof boots that I love, so I splurged on a pair of the Low Bridgers B-dry hikers. At $145, I expected the same quality as the premium Mid hikers. My mistake. The shoes have the same comfort and fit, but Oboz cut corners in three ways on the Low hikers. The leather lining, Vibram sole, and the tongue lock are all missing, so I am wondering how well they will wear and keep their support.
Oboz was founded in 2007 by a group of people who used to work for big-brand-footwear, who decided to come together to found a shoe company built on one principle: True to the Trail. This philosophy guides both the Oboz business ethics and shoe design process. The company's technology is inspired by common sense and experience. In addition to quality technology, with every pair of Oboz shoes bought, the company plants a tree in partnership with Trees for the Future.
