These are really comfy shoes. I have fairly narrow heels with high arches and I found them fairly comfy straight out of the box. Colors are true to image. They're well cushioned, which makes for a comfortable walk, but do rub a little on the Achilles prior to breaking in. Wearing socks with a heel tab has solved this for me. I did swap out the insoles for an orthotic insole for my arches, for which there was ample room. Fit true to size for me. Great shoes!
