My 3rd pair of Wolkys. A great walking shoe. Never ordered online before, but it came in a few days and was just right. Especially good with socks on an airplane. Can adjust the Velcro as needed on a long flight. A beach vacation? Just wear these sandles & take a pair of flip flops. That’s all you need.
My Mom is in another state in Assisted Living and I needed to buy her new shoes. Dodds products and website are great. Shipping was fast. I would hesitate to buy from them again because they don't have a tracking system . For me it's inconvenient to have to call customer service and ask if they've sent, arrived, who signed for at an Assisted living etc. I like to support smaller businesses but I find tracking information a must.
I bought shoes for my mom from this company because we could not find them in Texas. Expedited shipping was reasonable as was the packaging. The shoes were exactly as she wanted. I highly recommend.
I have worn Wolky Jewel Sandals for at least 15 years. I have at least 6 pair in various colors. They are very comfortable and supportive. I needed to replace my black pair, so, I ordered from Dodds Shoe Co. online. Their customer service representatives were very helpful. I love that the straps across the back of this shoe and across the front of the ankle can be adjusted perfectly to fit my foot. Also, I like the fact that I can loosen/tighten the top of the shoe. I always receive compliments on these shoes. I wish I could order extra insoles!
