Naot Kayla Sandal Buffalo Leather (Women's)
I love the original pair that I bought at a local shoe store, and as they didn't have a color that I wanted for a second pair, I found it as Doddds Shoe Co .on line. Unfortunately when I tried them on, the front straps (which are not adjustable), are wider than my original pair and therefore need to be returned. They seem to make returns very easy, but in the directions, it says to use the label, and that they will deduct $6 for postage from the refund. Since the problem has to do with inconsistency of the size of their product, I feel that they should be responsible for the return shipping and hope they will not deduct the $6. This remains to be seen as I will be sending them out tomorrow. I'm also uncertain which pair of shoes was the aberration in size and whether I should try again by mail or only buy them when I can try them on. It is a a dilemma, as I would love another pair in a a different color.
