My beautiful red Haflingers sat where I could enjoy seeing them for several weeks. I couldn't believe how beautiful they are. When I finally wore them, my feet slipped around and they wouldn't stay on. I have worn 39 Haflingers for decades and understood the size is always consistent. Since I am 80 and cannot risk a fall, I do not dare wear them. But they are the most beautiful shoes I have ever had. I will keep them where I can enjoy looking at them, but continue wearing my eggplant purple Haflingers that are holey but fit perfectly.
