I really liked the service and the shoes are awesome. However you did not send me the color I asked for. It was close, but it was not the same. On the other hand, my wife liked them so much she did not want to send them back and get the color I ordered.
I've been buying these wool clogs for 20 years. Their about the only thing I wear around the house so they typically need replacement once a year. I noticed they've gotten more expensive. Virtually impossible to find them anymore for less than $100. Nonetheless I will always recommend them.
I have owned a pair of these for years, so already knew that I loved them. The arch support in the footbed is fantastic and I love the rubber on the bottom for outdoor traction.
The customer service at Dodds was wonderful, as I called them with a few questions. I was shocked at how quickly the shoes arrived, seemed much faster than Amazon prime deliveries.
