Leather upper provides support and durability. Fully integrated midfoot strap wraps over the top of the foot from the lateral forefoot and through an anchored strap on the medial side and attaches to the lateral midfoot with a hook-and-loop closure for excellent lock down and lateral support. Sandwich-mesh tongue is lightweight, provides ventilation, and has a measure of cushioning for comfort and reduced lace pressure on top of the foot. Cushioned heel collar provides comfort and a great fit in the heel. Perforations on the upper enhance ventilation to help keep your foot cool and comfortable. Lightweight injected Phylon midsole provides ultra-lightweight cushioning and comfort. This lightweight IP midsole is nearly 1oz lighter than the traditional Phylon material. Basketball-specific Max Air unit in the heel provides maximum impact protection for hard landings. Solid rubber outsole with a traditional herringbone pattern for excellent multi-directional traction and durability. Lateral outrigger adds stability when cutting from side to side. Pivot circle under the medial forefoot for easier turning during multi-directional movement. Flex grooves on the heel and forefoot provide flexibility and allow the foot to move in a natural motion for a smooth ride.
