Orders for in-stock merchandise received by us by 4pm ET 12/15 using Preferred, UPS/Fedex Ground, or Air shipping will arrive by Christmas. If the package does not arrive by Christmas, we will send you a free UPS return label to send the item back. 95% of our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse the same business day. Some merchandise may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Although the majority of these shipments will still arrive by Christmas, they do not qualify for Christmas delivery.
